But that’s okay because look at this! I was talking to @trapper-john a while back about how cool Die Antwoord would look as Nen users in Hunter X Hunter, so naturally I had to draw it.

Yolandi is a Manipulator/Specialist. She manipulates her chains, hair, and rats. Each of her chains has different properties, usually based on the charm that hangs off them. Each chain also has a different name. She can use her hair much in the same way as Palm during the chimera ant arc, but she can also use it as a weapon. Her rats can be manipulated to slink around unnoticed under the eyes of her opponents, and being magical beasts, can deliver acute and egregious blows when within range. Her specialist ability is a Manipulator’s move which requires supplementary technique from an Enhancer trait. The Castle of Chains is an enormous carnival horror-house filled with perils. The entire castle is made of chains, the floors and walls are slicked with blood, and the halls are walked by enormous rat-monsters. The castle is an aggressive force that is actively attacking the opponent while Yolandi hunts them. The condition of this ability requires the castle to dissolve should the opponent be able to find the totem at the heart of the castle and remove it from its pedestal.

Ninja is an Emitter whose primary move is Nen Gat, where he utilizes a pair of twin guns which fire Nen bullets. In a pinch, Ninja can also fire bullets from his fingers, but they have less distance and accuracy. His trademark ability is Techno Heartbeat, where he emits a Nen pulse that matches his own heart beat. He can only use this move effectively well into a fight, as it is more damaging when his heart rate is high.

Dj-HiTek is a Transmuter who specializes in sound transmutation. His two abilities of choice, God’s Drumbeat and God’s Hellfire, utilize properties from sound and temperature. God’s Drumbeat is similar to the physics of sound in that it travels in pulsating waves emanating from a source, however it is much more maneuverable than actual sound waves, which allows it to hone in on the opponent and avoid obstacles in order to land the attack. God’s Hellfire transmutes the air around the opponent into 45-degree C carbon dioxide, effectively removing all breathe able air and essentially roasting the opponent alive.
