A 15+ year friendship ended for me recently & tho it still fuck w me a tad, it taught me 1 thing; Be intentional and keep this shit in drive. No looking back.
Gotta stop holding on to things due to sentimental circumstances. I still got love for em but the lesson still applies.
I’ve become so deep in isolation that I don’t remember how to socialize. It’s like I over analyze every interaction. It’s becoming a problem that I didn’t realize could actually be one and idk how to solve it.
