Considering how Pattadol is basically a nineteen year old at her first job, I’m imagining her like me at my first job… being told you’re responsible blows your damn mind (because you’re a noble elf who’s never had to prove that before/because you’ve had untreated depression and ADHD your whole life and aren’t used to being able to be responsible) and you’re so flattered by it you let them put WAY more on your shoulders than they should

I’ve been reminded that lots of people haven’t read the dunmeshi manga and don’t know what happens past the anime

I’m gonna try to edit a spoilers tag into everything in my queue past where the anime’s at, but if something slips through I apologize

(This is a sillier post than it will sound like for the first paragraph)

I generally don’t feel like I need to go into if I count as autistic like. I have a lot of experiences that align with that, I also have adhd and there’s a lot of overlap in those experiences, I feel kinship but don’t usually think about it too much y’know?

But ngl watching video reactors to Dungeon Meshi has made me feel more autistic than anything why are you guys so mean to Laios why do you keep treating him like he doesn’t make sense he makes total sense even when I don’t agree with him his logic is internally consistent and he’s a great dude

I’m kinda liking the Danger Mouse reboot? It doesn’t have that feel of the old series though, which I felt appealed to a more mature audience that kids wouldn’t get, at least, that’s how it was for me. Now it feels a lot more kiddy, which yeah, I mean it IS a kid’s show, but I feel the older series had more charm. Also, why does Greenback have a German accent? He isn’t German to my knowledge, and didn’t have one before. It feels weird...
