Season 24 Celeb Wish List

Well, since tumblr finally decided to work for longer than 30 minutes at a time, I can finally do this. So here is my celeb wish list and who I want them paired with for season 24. 

Women

Simone Biles and Sasha Farber Normani Kordei and Alan Bersten Porsha Williams and Keo Motsepe Brenda Song and Dmitry Chaplin Naya Rivera and Gleb Savchenko Hilary Duff and Tony Dovolani

Men

Lucas Grabeel and Witney Carson JC Chasez and Allison Holker Danell Leyva and Emma Slater Austin Mahone and Lindsay Arnold Lionel Richie and Cheryl Burke Marques Houston and Sharna Burgess

After looking at this list for a while, I actually want this to be the case for this season. I know that it won’t but it is a really good bath of celebs to me. I think there would be a lot of competition and it would force every pro to step up his or her game. I also feel like personalities would mesh well. Whenever I do these, the first thing I look at is the personality of both the pro and celeb and see if I feel they may be compatible. So that is my season 24 wish list. Tell me who you all want to see on the show. 

PS We may actually see one of these pairs on the show this season. And there is a possibility that another celeb in this list or someone that they work with could be on as well.

Season 24 Pro Wish List

So this is going to be the post I make before I make my celeb wish list in a couple of days. These are the pros that I want to see on next season.

Men

Keo Tony Sasha Alan Gleb Dmitry 

Women

Lindsay Sharna Emma Cheryl Witney Allison

So as you can see, I did a complete upheaval of the male pros. The female celebs last season were so lackluster and I don’t want that to happen ever again. I don’t want Derek back after the way that they treated him and Marilu last season. I also feel that he has outgrown the show. And now that he has a more permanent contract with NBC, I doubt he’ll be back anytime soon. I don’t want Mark back for a similar reason. I feel he’s outgrown the show. I want Tony back because I miss his level headedness. I also miss how caring he is. He’s a better fit for the older contestants than Artem is. Tony may not have the most innovative choreography, but he really cares and treats his partners as equals, rather than looking down on them. I want Keo back because I think he actually improved a lot over his season with Jodie. And I don’t like how he was thrown to the side so quickly. Sasha has to be back. He just has to. I wouldn’t mind seeing Gleb again. He got me during that last performance with Jana when he felt awful for feeling like he let her down. I think that is an extremely valuable personality trait that makes someone a great pro. I would like to see Alan get a shot at pro this season. He seems fun and like he would be willing to really challenge himself. And finally, I would like to see Dmitry back. I think he was actually a good pro. And I feel like he would do much better now than he did during his first stint.

As for the women, nothing much changed. Sharna and Lindsay have to be back. They were the MVPs last season. Emma is always great and I want her back on. I still enjoy seeing Witney, even though she has yet to come close to her season with Alfonso. If Cheryl wants to come back, I’d want her to because I enjoy her as well. As for the last slot, I gave it to Allison because I saw and appreciated her growth as a ballroom dancer and choreographer. And she’s nice and she cares about her partners. So while I’m still not ecstatic about a contemporary dancer being a ballroom pro, I can get behind Allison now. I don’t want Jenna back because her two dances with Jake were dreadful and I don’t think she has the ability to be a good pro. *shrugs*

Also, I would love it if DWTS would get Brandon Armstrong in the troupe. He was Brittany’s old partner and I really enjoy his dancing. That’s all. Let me know your thoughts and I will talk to you all soon!
