The flagrano. Known as the caviar of beans. For all those people out there that whinge about broadband, try these out. The plants are pulled out, hung and dried, then the pods removed, then shelled, then cooked. There is a lot of labour in some of the things we do, an amazing portion of it done in the garden by #mimbeaumont. Today marks the day I took over the stewardship of #dufermier two years ago. It's been a culmination of many people's work and beliefs, and for that I thank them for making it is what it is today. In celebration of two years and the #dmpharvest festival I will post pictures of our garden and its produce each day. Today, the #mangelwurzel. There's about 30kg in these two.
