At Inca Cueva (Humahuaca gorge, Jujuy, Argentina, ~3,860m / 12,664 ft), two puma bone pipes with Anadenanthera colubrina seeds (containing DMT + bufotenin) were found. Residue tested positive for tryptamine alkaloids; radiocarbon dated to 2130 BC. Oldest confirmed evidence for this psychedelic plant use.
