Retirement Isn’t What It’s Cracked Up To Be?
Of course it is. Sort of. It’s like a mandatory vacation that you never leave from. Unless you’re asked to the table of the Uncrowned. Seriously, I thought it was terrible enough dealing with Shaw’s SI:7 escapades from Stormwind. Intelligence networks were always touchy when dealing with the other as a matter of national and global security. The Uncrowned is a whole other bottle of drowned whiskey. Laying low from the Family was one thing but it was a curious honor to be asked to the table. That and seriously, I thought most of these coverts were long dead. Seems like they thought the same of me. I thought Ravenholdt was wiped out by the Earthwarder’s spawn years ago. Seems like the intelligence was spotty on that report. I’m too old to take up the blade but I’ll do what I must, I suppose. It’s generous of them to pay my debts that accrued in the SIA-- no thanks to the harlots that I courted long ago. Seriously. One of them bought a boat under my budget expense. The other did degrading elven experiments like a psychotic jackass. At least one of them is long dead gone. I think the other is still about, somewhere. By the gods do I hope I don’t run into him. Now to think about it, I really need to check in on Director Vidal again. See if he’s still alive and managing his inherited duties. Travelling is not what I had in mind this year but... I suppose gaining entrance to Dalaran again is a positive thing for the Intelligence Networks. Might as well enjoy a rest from vacation. Possibly should hire a bodyguard. @Sicarius-wra
