He has taught me a lot of stuff, namely good online practices which have been nearly bulletproof for as long as I’ve followed them, the biggest among them being DO NOT INTERACT WITH ANYTHING RELATING TO MONETARY TRANSACTIONS UNLESS YOU CAN BE 1,000,000,000% SURE IT IS YOUR BANK AND NO ONE ELSE
And yknow what? My bank acc has NEVER been hacked, and I make sure that you can scroll through my blog and click any and all links you find on the reblogs and be confident you won’t get infected
I just deleted a pretty bog standard Gaza-survivor-scam (I hate that that is even a necessary phrase) copypasta from my inbox
Does this mean I potentially deleted a real cry for help? Possibly. Do I care more about someone I don’t know getting 10$ at MAX from my tiny blog than the security of my followers? Hell no, I play everything very safe. Do I feel bad in the slightest? Maybe a little, but I always feel guilty about nothing and this is margin of error guilt.
Am I a bad person for this? I don’t know, nor do I particularly care if I am or not, at the end of the day I make sure that anyone perusing my blog is safe and secure and can click with impunity
and if they were a real person (doubtful) they are sending these out to others who hopefully are bigger suckers than I am
THE BOTTOM LINE IS:
I will never under any circumstances promote giving your money to anything I cannot personally verify beyond the doubts of a skeptical schizophrenics wildest imaginations. AND IF I DO END UP DOING SO, MASS REPORT ME SO I CAN MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT AND PURGE THE INFECTED ACCOUNT
