Being a film student in the 90s looks so cool compared to now. Like before CGI and 3D, it just seems like everything was so hands on with the traditional special effects and puppetry and now all my skills are good for is mostly just local haunted houses and stage plays.

I can’t even use the same programs and apps I used as a student now bc I can’t afford them.

Then again, film students in the 90s probably said the same thing about the 70s.
