Questions for Doc!

First of all can I give you a hug you just look so huggable-

Second of all, there is another therapist sans out there called Snap Sans! Have you ever met him?

(I was not aware about @a-v-j sans until after I came up with and Made Doc. But there's no rule that says there can't be more than one Therapist in the UTMV. Besides, Snap is a Swap and Doc is a Classic, so they both have different perspectives. I think it would be cool for them to interact, but that is entirely up to his creator)

Doc: I know of Snap, yes, but we have yet to interact. From what others have told me, he seems nice and trying to do the same kind of work I'm doing.

As for a hug, sure. Though not for too long. Dont want to have either of us get overstimulated

Doc: not necessarily. Anyone could come in for any reason. Regardless, they are welcome.

Rogue: (With Dreamtale especially, I'm trying to walk the line of representing a good mix of both canon and fanon. It is a trick process cause no mater what, one side of the Dreamtale fan base is going to be upset.

It would be easier to use Au version of Dream and Nightmare, like say for example OSD Dream and Nightmare by @calcium-cat. OSD Nightmare would actually be excellent to go into cause of how he's changed with the events of the story.

But then I still want to address what the Canon Dream and Nightmare went though, cause OMG it would make for good angst in a therapy session!

I think I'm going to stay as close as I can to canon for their origin, but maybe add some of the more accepted fanon bits to flesh them out. Still unsure and working on it.

I'm doing a lot of research into all the characters I'm going to be using in the Therapist!Sans series. I at the very least want to do the character's justice within their canon, but also with the wider accepted fanon. It's a really tough balance, but definitely going to be worth it.)

Can anons ask therapist sans questions? if so then therapist sans what do you think of the original sans?

Doc: Oh Classic? We get along fine. If anyone were the most alike. We spend a lot of our sessions just making puns at each other and talking about our Brothers. We usually need to break through and talk about his Issues. But he's great.

(Classic is going to be the first patient, Doc has in the Audio series where Doc's story and the therapy sessions happen)

What are Therapist!Sans's magic abilities?

(Am I even asking at the right place? I never did an ask before.)

Doc has Standard Bone and Gaster blaster magic like most sans.

The difference being his standard bones are replaced with bone pens. He can summon these to write notes with at any time and used them as a fidget.

When he does need to fight, it's always a list resort. His bone pens can shoot out slashes of Ink, similar to how Ink sans Brush works.

Also, through therapy and some interactions with a version of Nightmare Sans (from Blue and the Nightmare Gang by @darkxsoulzyx), he has learned how to use magic to help calm himself and others.

When it comes to alternate versions of you (like Underfell Sans, classic Sans, etc.), are you able to understand their emotions/thought processes better than other patients of yours?

Doc: I can defiantly empathize with them to a degree. All of our experience maybe be similar but are also very different. I do my best to show them that I understand what they have been through as best I can.

Hey Therapist sans, your opinion on the Player(s)? Do you even know they exist?

Rogue: You mean Frisk, Chara Or the 'Player' controlling them in a lot of different AU?

Doc: Player? Not sure what you mean by that. I know Frisk, the Human.

I do also know about some of the other humans who fell into the underground before them. Not a lot, but I do know at least know about the Human that was adopted by the Asgore and Toriel. Chara I think was their name.

Hey doc how clients do you have?

Doc: Ive not been at this long, i am admirably new at this. I dont want to give any names cause, patient privacy but I do have a short list of people scheduled. Luckily ive had friends spreading the word about me so im sure ill get more soon.

I just want to help as many as i can, that are willing, of course.

(Audio Series on YouTube is gonna have 6 starter episodes focusing on 6 different Sans. While Sans AU's was going to be the primary focus of the series, i think I'm going to open it up to other characters in the UTMV. )

For Doc, What's your favorite way to relax when you're feeling stressed?

Doc: oh, i fidget with my bone pen. I can always have it when ever i need it since i summon it with my bone magic. Naps can also help, like most Sans. But that's usually an I shut down and need to rest to regain spoons to be able to function.

Rogue: He does have other, less friendly means of dealing with stress, but he's not comfortable talking about it. But if you look at his reference sheets, you see he has some scars on his bones that he hides and covers up. When very stressed, especially during a session, he sometimes scratches and traces them. He is very self-conscious about them, as they remind him of very dark times in his past. Will go into more detail about that when his story starts in the series.
