All anyone needs to know about StarBomb: The Mario and Castlevania songs are awesome. Everything else is a torrent of swears and butt jokes. Just buy the two aforementioned songs off iTunes and forget the rest.

Ya, like I said, the only song I really, REALLY enjoyed was Crasher-vania. The rest all still had good music, though. I just didn’t enjoy the lyrics for the other songs, personally. And it isn’t just the subject matter on its own, it’s that so many of the songs were about the same thing. The album kinda lacks variety in that regard. Just my own opinion, though.

Seriously! How could anybody hate The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog? Just because it didn't have Power Rings or an ongoing story arc? (It had a couple small ones though, if I recall.) The art style is a little silly at times, too, but that's the point! It's supposed to be the wacky side of Sonic whereas SatAM was the serious side. Underground on the other hand was kind of an odd mish-mash of the two, wasn't it? But hey! It had Knuckles.

I think the main contention people have with Adventures is that it was a bit too silly, and for some people Sonic is serious business. For them AoStH is just downright juvenile and an insult to the deep and dramatic universe of a giant blue hedgehog and a two tailed fox who mercilessly torment a obese elderly scientist.The other people who dislike it probably just don’t get it or it’s not their cup of tea. The latter I understand, the former however really aren’t worth much consideration (they’re the sort of people who never stop harking on how great SatAM was anyway).

I won’t pretend AoStH is a masterpiece but out of all the Sonic shows it’s my favourite by a country mile. It’s just so darn fun and crazy and frankly I just wish they made a second season and put Knuckles or Amy in there (that of course won’t happen but I still hold hope that one day someone might make a AoStH comic spin-off).

I agree with your summation of Underground, it did seem that they were going for a middle ground which I admire but the writing let it down.

So that I could have something that plays 3DS games, and it was on sale for cheap. If I had the choice, I'd get a fancy 3DS XL, but I don't have the money for that.
