If students and teachers at our school petition to have school start later, could that actually be a thing?

I assume it would conflict with sports and other after school stuff, but that's what the morning could be used for (or would that conflict with other schools with sports or whatever?)

Oh dear. Um...it's not really a story but I always loved playing outside with my dog Jessie. We would always play tug-of-war with sticks and toys, and she loved apples. :D
