Plagued by an incurable rot; self-inflicted but accidental. Gifted sight by the magical glass orbs in place of his eyes. His mask is full of strange smelling salves & gels, intended to soothe and protect his fragile face from further deterioration.

Fucked up miserable slime world. Doctor Gnarl is determined to find a cure for it all.

Threaded taps embedded within his festering girth. Tangled hoses pumping liquid between slabs of dead & dying flesh. He is a victim of rot; a collection of curses.

Little tiny drawing of a BIG NASTY GUY. His name is Gulch and he has some sort of incurable plague. He's the same type of critter as Ghulrog, except he's rotting from the inside out. His body requires constant attention to function. It's always oozing, swelling, and falling apart. Thankfully his 'doctor' is very attentive- though not out of care- but medical curiosity.

He's a high maintenance slug!
