are those last couple minutes worth enduring the extreme dullness? just asking 'cause i only got through like first 10 mins of s2 ep 1 before giving up but i'm still interested in the show i guess.

honestly, i don’t know whether to say yes or no.  I mean the first ep was pretty dull, but the entirety of the second ep minus the last few minutes? exceedingly dull, like i wanted to take a nap levels of dullness.  I was bored to tears and found myself pleading with the universe for scenes that were dragging to just end already (looking at you boring drunk judge guy).  BUT i love me a good surprise in story telling.  The ‘holy fucking shit’ moment i was referring to maybe wasn’t that big of a deal?  But it surprised me and is making me want to keep watching to see how that plot point pans out.  At this point I really don’t care about the characters and i feel like they’re trying too hard to make it broody but I can say I will watch the next episode, after that who knows.  I guess give it another shot if you’ve got nothing better to do ?
