I'm sure its big TV debut was not horribly painful (it is held by its tail only briefly), but that probably was not totally comfortable! So much for documentary perfection, there, "Filthy Cities: Medieval London"! (In his defense, there are few people with tamed black rats, because they are not currently being domesticated as pets.
