so uh apparently there’s a fair bit of Michael x Laurie fanfc and fanart out there and it’s killing me that a bunch of it is tagged “UNRELATED AU” or “THIS FOLLOWS THE 1978/HALLOWEEN (2018) TIMELINE WHERE THEY AREN’T BROTHER AND SISTER” like oh thank God okay it’s not incest Michael isn’t Laurie’s brother he’s just the canonical incarnation of soulless evil who murdered all of her friends and tries to kill her in every single movie lol

Say hi to Carl, another one of Jimmy Bob's many friends. Though he isn't a dinosaur, he still makes friendships. He doesn't talk much. He's a humble little crab.

I’m having these thoughts, feelings and instincts that he doesn’t want to talk to me anymore.

The only time he did talk to me was on the day of the track meet in the pouring rain when I looked horrible.

And that's the only time he's seen me look like that.

And that's the only time he's ever talked to me.

He also called Jake a "ribbonless bitxch", but that's not important.

He also constantly looks at me.

That's a good thing right?

But he doesn't say a word.

Even yesterday when we were in the same conversation as each other we didn't say a word to each other.

He seems to show up everywhere I am, which is highly annoying because I have a tendancy to talk more when he's around, per chance that he'll notice me.
