I thought Voltron might be safe for once. I liked the most popular ship, genuinely liked it, not just ‘got caught up in the hype and then realized a few weeks/months later that I wasn’t a fan after all.’ But just like I started shipping SK in Naruto, just like I started shipping NohKate in YA, just like every fucking fandom I enter, apparently, I went in for the rarepair.

...at least I still like Klance, so I don’t want to rip out my hair every time I enter the fandom tag.

Matt is a trans boy and Pidge is a trans girl and their parents end up joking that they still have one of each, and that the scales did technically balance out to what they originally expected, if not in the way they thought they would.

Nah, they’re context-specific and actually kind of necessary? “Supposed” is there because there was not, in fact, a plan. There was, perhaps, 12% of a plan, and that 12% was not in order. Had is because tense issues; it needs to be in past-perfect, not just perfect.
