The Vic DoEd is very clever. They want to ensure that only the most determined and patient teachers can apply for public positions, so they developed a website that actively tests you ability to not commit violence; tactics have included developing the slowest website ever, non-responsive hyperlinks, deleting applications as well as combining multiple applications, from different schools, for no apparent reason.
