This company is luring me in with their promise to replace any of the toys which get destroyed. I’m waiting to hear back if this includes international purchasers before I consider signing up.
And I have a huge weakness for such artistic advertising of previous boxes:
TGIF
🙈 I’m meant to be at the University, but instead I’m at home... working from home is a thing right....
🙈 Also J took a day off, and instead of being at all fun he’s doing boring work stuff and it’s frustrating - he's also having guys around tonight so there’s so much cleaning and tidying to be done... argh
🙈 I wanted to go for a run with Bella (neighbour’s dog) but don’t think that will be happening anymore
🙈 The weekends weather is HORRIBLE.... but today is stunning and I’m stuck inside and it’s making me very very restless.
🙈 I had left over apple crumble for Breakfast, and now I’m sugar crashing... it was delicious though
🙈Good things: I have something planned for every month till August, March = Adele in Auckland with @immer-meinliebe (very very excited), April = Queenstown with the Mother, May = My birthday! Friend’s coming down to see me, June = Mother is coming to stay and July = Back to Queenstown for three nights including a wedding and some winter tramping!! So happy at the next 4 months. J away for half of those which is great because I miss my own company.
🙈 No babies is the consensus. I don’t think J is quite ready, and I think I’m just not there yet either. But yes it will happen in time, when its MEANT to. Plant the seed to the universe and it will grow when its ready and the time is right.

Ute Dog Box: The Smart Way to Travel Safely with Your Dog
If you’re a ute owner and often travel with your dog, having the right setup isn’t just a convenience—it’s essential. A Ute Dog Box is one of the most practical upgrades you can make to keep your pet safe, secure, and comfortable on the road.
Whether you're heading to a job site, going camping, or just taking your dog along for daily errands, a high-quality dog box transforms your ute tray into a safe transport space.
Why Choose a Ute Dog Box?
Unlike letting your dog roam freely in the tray or cabin, a purpose-built ute dog box provides protection from weather, reduces distractions while driving, and ensures your dog stays secure even on rough terrain.
Most modern dog boxes are designed with:
Ventilation systems to maintain airflow
Lockable doors for security
Durable aluminium construction for long-term use
Weather-resistant seals to protect from rain and dust
This makes them ideal for working dogs, hunters, tradies, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
Built for Australian Conditions
Australia’s climate can be unpredictable—hot summers, sudden rain, and dusty roads. A well-designed dog box is built to handle all of it. Aluminium options, like the ones available at EZToolBox, are lightweight yet strong, and won’t rust over time.
If you’re looking for a reliable option, check out this range of Ute Dog Boxes: 👉 https://eztoolboxqld.com.au/dog-box/
These units are designed specifically for ute trays, making installation straightforward while maintaining a clean and professional look.
Safety Meets Convenience
A good dog box isn’t just about safety—it also makes your life easier. With organized compartments and easy access doors, you can quickly load and unload your dog without hassle.
Some setups even allow for dual compartments, making them perfect if you’re transporting more than one dog.
Final Thoughts
Investing in a Ute Dog Box is a simple upgrade that delivers long-term benefits. It protects your dog, improves driving safety, and adds functionality to your vehicle.
If you regularly travel with your dog, this is one upgrade that quickly pays for itself.
Ute Dog Box: Safe, Strong, and Built for the Road
If you’re running a ute in Australia and travelling with working dogs, you already know how important proper transport is. A Ute Dog Box isn’t just an add-on — it’s a smart upgrade for safety and practicality.
Open trays and temporary cages don’t offer enough protection from dust, rain, or sudden braking. A purpose-built dog box provides enclosed security, ventilation, and stability while you’re on the move.
Aluminium construction keeps it lightweight but tough. That means durability without unnecessary weight. Ventilation panels help airflow during hot days, while lockable doors add peace of mind when parked on-site.
It’s also about efficiency. A well-fitted Ute Dog Box sits neatly in the tray, leaving space for toolboxes or other storage solutions. Everything has its place — including your dogs.

For tradies, farmers, and handlers, it’s more than storage. It’s responsibility, safety, and smart vehicle setup.
