I understand that a lot of racism/homophobia is implicit and that some people don't realize what they are doing, and I will happily try to explain to those people why what they have said/done is prejudiced.
What I have no tolerance for is people that will do something even while knowing it is prejudiced, and people that will refuse to accept that something they've done is prejudiced in some way.
