omfg Wolfie is bebby [efjospgdl
My cousin Brandy and Wolfie when he was a little over a year old (he got BIGGER as one would have been robber found out). He's also the one who loved the snow so much lmao.
This is the more aggressive boy whose name o can't remember. That's as close as anyone got to him too by the way. For taking pictures at least. He always looked a bit more husky than wolf but he was huge and mean and literally nearly was killed because they didn't know if he'd be able to be released into the property.
Now on that note. My aunt and uncle have 5 acres of land but they kept the wolves fenced away from the house. That way no door greeters would get bitten. Unfortunately, for poor Bandit and the rest that meant if they wanted in the house they'd have to be on a leash or a yard chain and then let in. .....it's really hard to catch what amounts to a 150+ pound of per hyper energy in fur form. I've got pictures of Bandit literally walking my uncle pretty much.
And speaking of that. The one on the left (Charlie) isn't a German shepherd. Also a wolf mix of some type. Not near the same size as Bandit but a bit more tame. Less likely to try and tear off when out of the fence. He got special privileges like Kida did.
Charlie got to go in the yard regularly. I also suspect the reason he was allowed out was because he was also small enough to be caught without dragging a person though...
Bandit yet again. Uncle for scale XD
A better size comparison for Bandit and Charlie (at least I think it's Charlie and not his brother) (again it's been years and I live nearly 6 hours away from my aunt and uncle so I really only got to see them occasionally which makes it hard to keep them straight.)
Bandit in his literal favorite place in the world. At the foot of the couches XD
OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THESE DOGGO PICS I'M CRYING THEY'RE SO FUCKING CUTE
BANDIT MY BELOVED Q[EIWGSRJHIAFEPJ
but holy shit that is a HUGE doggo jesus fucking christ
thank you so much for sending in all these huge good doggos fesrhip
I've got more pictures ^.^ though it took some digging to find them and I know these aren't all of them. I just can't find the rest. Also can't find any videos? In my defense it's been nearly 3 years since we found a proper home (aka one that could continue to afford their dietary requirements) for the bunch of them so the pictures are a bit buried.
Also apparently Kida was smaller than I remembered?
Bandit and Kida respectfully with smol pupper Wolfie in between them. Also the reason we're pretty sure the guy was using her as a breeder. You can see the size difference just from them laying down even. On that note. Interesting fact about Kida and Wolfie was that they both had heterochromia.
Now another fun fact is that they loved the snow which is particularly fun when you realize a majority of my family lives in Alabama. Meaning we rarely ever got it.
But every now and then we'd get snow.
I'm at my picture per post limit so I'll making another ask for the others XD
OH MY GOD THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING THESE CUTE BABIES I'M CRYING RN 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Lmao yessss that Wolfie fic was awesome. Fun Fact! My family actually had wolves (50% wolf and 50% husky although we suspect that it was actually more like 75/25). Fenced up in the (5 acres) yard. Not really as pets (a smidge too wild) but more so because someone else had kept them as pets and they couldn't be released into the wild and the zoos in the area wouldn't take them. So they had to find a home that could accommodate their needs (lots of space and real meat to eat) or they'd be put down. I don't know all of the details exactly as to how we wound up with them unfortunately. We did manage to get them relocated to a proper facility but for years we had wolves. Long story short though is that it would have been entirely feasible for Wolfie to meet our oldest wolf Bandit (the tamest one but could still be food aggressive) in the living room of the house and have had a buddy XD
I do sort of wonder how he'd have handled that sort of situation if he'd been rescued by a reader who had taken in some wolf hybrids or had perhaps been working at a wolf rescue considering how he's typically portrayed as thinking himself as a monster because of wolves and their reputation.
However, I also don't want to bother you on a request lol. Just thought you might get a kick out of the story lol. Anyways, here's Bandit ^.^ ...sadly I can't find the picture of him curled up on the couch. He was HUGE.
I’m so glad you enjoyed my Wolfie fic! I just saw that pic of the husky sitting on the cat tree and was like “hey, what if??” and just had to write it!
BESTIE YOU CAN’T JUST DROP THAT INFO JUST LIKE THAT!!! I NEED TO KNOW MOAR! HOW DID YOU DEAL WITH THE GOOD BOYS, WERE THEY VERY FRIENDLY? DID THEY ENJOY PETS? BELLY RUBS? SCRITCHES? FRPDGIHOEPSJRIGD
Oh my god I think in this case Reader wouldn’t be sus at all and just treat him like the other good boys, but when Wolfie starts getting friendly, I think she’d be very glad to have a floofy friend who was a tad more domesticated than the others (Wolfie cuddles? Wolfie cuddles!)
I think Wolfie would steal Reader's seat esp when they just got up to grab something and the seat is still warm and would most certainly block the door until he got attention and kisses.
But thank you very much for sending this ask in, I love hearing from yall and I’ve noticed you popping up regularly in my notes – thank you so much for reading my works and for sticking around! <3 <3 <3
EXCUSE ME, THAT IS A BERY GOOD BEBBY! I LOVE YOU BANDIT WGEHIPT
