🆘PLEA for HELP: Charlie needs a foster NOW!!! We are running out of options! He was paralyzed in his hind legs from a back injury but, with physical therapy, acupuncture, laser therapy, love, time and patience he is up and walking on all fours...and has recently began running as well. His foster has to be willing to walk him, and keep up on his 2 - 3 home exercises.
