Happy Storyteller Saturday! — In what ways does your OC express--without words--how they care about others? On the alternative, without words, how would someone show this OC they care about them without words involved?

I love this question!

How They Express They Care Without Words

Miles: helping you in any way he can, checking up on you. Saving your life. Being a listening ear. Hugs.

Morgan: taking care of you. Finding help. Staying by your side. Threatening your enemies. Pushing you to better yourself and take chances.

Adrian: defending you from any harm. Hugs and physical touch. Calming you down. Standing up for you. Worrying about you.

Lorelai: healing you. Protecting you. Fighting alongside you. Killing your enemies. Listening to you.

How To Show Them You Care Without Words

This one is harder for me somehow~

Lorelai: fighting alongside her. Letting her sleep as long as she needs and making sure she’s comfy. Listening to her. Being there for her when she’s angry or has nightmares.

Miles: hugs. Listening to him when he wants to talk a lot and being understanding. Quality time.

Adrian: give him soft things. Like blankets. Put real effort into learning his personal sign language. Spend time to get to know him beyond the surface.

Morgan: give her alone time when she needs it. If she’s feeling bad, give her a mountain of pillows so that maybe she will be able to sleep and leave her alone until she comes to you. Make sure she remembers to eat. When/if she comes to you, listen without judgement.

Happy (late) Storyteller Saturday! — How does your OC react to pain? How do they deal with it? Is there a certain intensity it must reach before they respond or does the littlest amount of discomfort hinder them? Do they handle mental or physical pain better? Which one do they handle worse? What's their pain tolerance level at?

Gil is the sort who would faint from blood loss before you ever knew he was wounded. He wears every little emotional hurt out on his sleeves though. Tybee is pretty much the exact opposite. Every little hang nail is the end of the world, but when he’s emotional hurt, he hides it behind a mask

Storyteller Saturday! — If your WIP (or in this case, many works!) were turned into another media (video game, movie, television show, etc), what would you choose and why? What would you most like to see from your story in this chosen medium?

my first instinct was to say video game, but… i would want it to be more of a telltale style game set in eldora than one involving the same characters??? just a very choice oriented game—though a more open world style game would be lovely as well!!

i also like the idea of a tv show?? with a season per book? but a movie would be really cool as well tbh… either way, i think animated would be a really cool way to do it!!

Henry definitely developed feelings first, but he would argue that it’s only because Lucky flirted with him first. 

Luck says that it’s Hen’s fault for catching feelings. 

Henry walks up and kisses their nose and uses his huge white boy (6′4) height to make Lucky feel delicate and small like they like to feel and he rubs their noses together and he says “My fault?” 

And Luck forgets what they were talking about because they’re just as gone for Henry as Henry is for them.
