I like my eyes, they’re cool.

I like that I’m deceptively strong.

The hair on my head is fantastic - my eyebrows are perfectly arched and people hate me for it, and my hair dyes very well - I’ve bleached it three times in two weeks and it bounced back super fast from it.

I would really like to check out the server, but it says it is outdated. When are you guys planning to update it to the latest minecraft version? Thanks!

Most of our plugins are out for 1.8.x now, and those that aren’t are pretty much all things I can do myself anyway. Essentials isn’t properly out (permissions, chat, commands etc), I have no idea why, but I believe there’s working, relatively stable and bug free, dev builds out there.

Plus as far as I can tell the mods we use (all clientside, don’t worry), and those which I know a number of others on the server use, are out for 1.8.

So, I assume we will be updating soon. I’ll have a proper look later today (when I’m not in the library at uni studying for an exam), but everything should be good. Seems there’s been a lot of issues with plugins and 1.8, but it’s been a while now, they should have it sorted.

Regarding the server saying it’s outdated: I’m guessing you don’t know how to change your version? If not, they have a good explanation (with images) here: http://www.skydaz.com/creating-editing-profiles-using-the-minecraft-launcher/

Any 1.7 version will work with NVC, though if you use anything earlier than 1.7.9, there are issues with being able to see people’s skins, and people seeing your skin (it won’t affect anything, it’s just an aesthetic bug). Also, if you use mods and change your version, remember to remove/change your mods accordingly!
