Saturday chores include buying food for dinner but it doesn’t feel like a chore when you get to visit @faulkner.fisheries and get two beautifully fresh sea bass filleted while you wander about and look at the lobsters. The fishery has been in business for almost 40 years and has an enviable position in an old German bunker at the far end of St Ouen’s Bay at L’Etacq.
