Stronger, Shinier Hair Can Do It All!

Hair fall has been my nemesis since forever. Back in high school, I dreaded combing my hair for the fear of going bald. (never happened, still got my hair). Anyway, a few weeks ago, Belle de Jour sent me a package containing the latest from Pantene---the NEW Pro-V Core Active Formula shampoo, conditioner, and the improved 3-Minute Miracle.

Being a medical student, I don’t really have much time to spare to go to the salon to maintain my locks. My hair fall also got worse especially during periods of high-level stress aka exam week, aside from having treated hair. One of my biggest mistakes in the field of hair care was to choose a product that would maintain my hair color at the expense of hair fall. /huhu

I got the Pantene variant specifically for hair fall (yay!). I’ve been using L’oreal prior to this and had to stash it away so as not to affect the results of my one week trial. (I need at least one week to see if a product works on me.) And Pantene did not disappoint. Not only did my hair fall lessen, my hair also became softer, shinier, and stronger. Of course, its main selling point to me was that it lessen my hair fall tremendously. Usually, when I brush using my fingers, I’d get at least a small clump of hair. (It’s that scary!) But after using it, I’d get around 5 strands of hair. (yes, I count). What an improvement! Haha

If you’re following me on Instagram, you’d know I have an obsession with braids. I need strong hair to do my braids because I do a lot of pulling. I seldom do braids lately because it’s a nuisance when you’re getting strands for the next loop and then you get hair fall. Pantene’s NEW Pro-V Core Active formula penetrates deeper into the core and gives you stronger, shinier hair inside out. With stronger, shinier hair, you can do it all!

I can now make more complex braids because of my stronger hair with less hair fall! Also, my classmates have been telling me I have nice hair. Hihi #PantenePower
