Makino's toys & gadgets!
The first one is called ドキドキチェヮカー or "Doki Doki Checker". Its purpose was to measure how excited or nervous you were. The more lights that lit up, the more you were excited or nervous. The term "dokidoki" is the sound of a heart beating. I imagine it checked your pulse ;] The physical toy that was sold in stores was called インスピー or "Inspee".
The second toy is called ハートコミュニケーション or "Heart Communication". This toy is pretty straight forward...It's a voice recorder! The physical toy sold in stores was called ボイセル or "VoiceL".
Surprisingly, you can still find these toys on eBay! You'll have to pay a pretty penny, but they are there. :]
