So when I hit a creative block, I'll sit down and just let my mind wander and whatever I see is what I draw. More often than not, it comes back to something personal. This time it's my heart, and the idea of how my art to me is both mental and physical by extension. I've thought a lot about how my mental and physical health intertwine, and how I can boost both while not sacrificing one or the other. Most times these doldrum sketches are just a loosen up thing...but in this case it was a fully formed idea.
