Mini Chocolate Chip Biscuits

This is budget friendly off brand chips ahoy. Is it as good??? I don’t really remember, and I don’t remember whether a chips cookie is as flat as this. Taste-wise, it tastes like a packaged cookie, so really it probably tastes like most other mini packaged cookies. It is extremely average. But hey! It was cheaper than the real brand chips ahoy mini cookie biscuits for the same weight (it was right next to each other on the shelf), so that counts for something.
