Painted more and I like it much better. Getting so close to being finished with the outside.

I have bricks for the chimney and foundation and I think I want to make a railing for the porch and a brick step if I have enough of them.

What great color names... Sherwin Williams. The sample paint might be over kill but it was actually more cost effective than the little Martha Stewart bottles of satin paint from our JoAnn Fabrics.

Welcome to my house...

I bought this dollhouse a few years ago. I’ve been slowly working on it on and off. I always wanted a dollhouse when I was little but it wasn’t something my mom could really afford. I used to make little paper and cardboard ones to satisfy my dollhouse lust. As an adult, once I could finally afford one, I bought it for myself as a Christmas gift. This will probably be my only one, because it will take me the rest of my existence to finish... my goal is to make it look really realistic, which may be crazy, because it’s taking me so long anyway. There are a few things I did wrong but maybe I can still modify it or rework parts. I’m also really bad at making decisions on how to decorate the room, colors, etc... so I change things a lot. But it’s all fun and that’s all that matters. Trying not to put too much pressure on my self. 🤗
