my job is hell but there is so much potential for this shit so here goes

I teach swimming at the same time as your competitive team trains in the next lane and I’m so sure you’ve caught me checking you out but I don’t even care because goddamn you look good in that swimsuit

I’m getting trained as a swimming instructor and I’m supposed to be shadowing you as you teach but I’m not concentrating on any of the lesson because you’re so cute with the kids

We’ve never really had a conversation but we teach in lanes next to each other and you keep pulling faces at me when my students can’t see and goddamnit it’s adorable but I’m not teaching my classes anything because you’re distracting me

Help I just started teaching and now I’m supposed to teach my students how to swim butterfly but I can’t swim butterfly and I have no fucking clue how to teach it so you have to show me please I’ll do anything 

I just watched your student push you into the pool at the end of the lesson and you look so betrayed but honestly it’s adorable and I can’t stop laughing

It’s obviously your first time taking a class of small kids because like three of them are refusing to get in the water and the fourth is clinging to you and sobbing and wow you really don’t know how to handle kids do you here let me help

Your competitive swim team is training in the lane next to my class and I’m trying to throw sinky toys for my students to go get but I can’t throw for shit so they keep ending up in your lane but you keep retrieving them for me and wow you’re really cute and I’m not gonna lie I might be throwing them into your lane on purpose now 

I’ve been hiding the float dumbells for the water aerobics classes because I hate the instructor but yikes now they’re demanding to know who’s been taking their shit and-wait, are you-are you taking the blame? for me? I was sure my ass was gonna be fired, can I like take you out for lunch or something I owe you my life

You hate hate h a t e kids but you’re a children’s swimming instructor and I genuinely don’t understand how you haven’t tried to drown a child yet

I came to drop my child/younger sibling/etc. off at their first swimming lesson and you introduced yourself as their teacher but now I can’t stop laughing because you’re wearing a swimming cap with fins and a fish face and you look like the worlds biggest dork

I accidentally splashed you when I was aiming for my friend and now we’ve started a water fight between my class and yours and honestly I don’t even care that I’m not actually teaching anything I’m supposed to be because this is way more fun

We’re both new teachers who got the hell classes first thing on a Saturday morning and you look hungover/exhausted/maybe both? as fuck and I just had to physically grab you to stop you jumping in the pool with your phone in your pocket you’re welcome dipshit

(highschool au) We’re rivals from out of swimming and holy shit I nearly just swam into a wall because you just walked out of the changing room and I highkey did not expect you to a) look that good in a swimsuit or b) be at the pool at all wtf are you doing here this is my territory
