Rick and Morty
Ah, Rick and Morty, another show I have yet to watch. I shall watch it someday, or so I say.
Anyway, this time the debate is centered around *drum rolls* Rick and Morty. Who could have guessed. Well, the debate is centered around the episode where the first Morty is about to be elected president in a dimension ruled by Ricks. To sum it up, a dictator stepped out of power in order for a different type of dictator to come into power. Now, the question is whether people should keep revolting even if another dictator is going to take command.
The answer is obviously yes (at least to me). The answer is yes because people will always voice their opinion even if it is unwanted. How will we stop these leaders and simply oversharing people from standing up. Because people stood up for what they believe in is that segregation ended to some extent. Because people stood up farmworkers have shade during their breaks and have available restrooms.
My point is that in order to make a change, we need to do something ourselves. We all have been told that or know that nothing is going to change if we just go with the flow. If everybody were to voice the way they felt, then they would realize that there are other people feeling the same way.
I mean, if you, a friend, or a family member (taking into consideration that you love that person and I am not talking about that annoying cousin) were being bullied, would just sit back and watch. Would you allow for that to happen for the rest of your life? Even if felt powerless, wouldn’t those feelings keep bottling up until you explode like a recently dropped coke? There is only so much that we can take until we have to let everything out. And hopefully, you take those bottled up emotions and do something instead of letting them explode.

yes-swoopingisbad replied to your post: Okay, back from all the family things! What have I...
I exploded a little bit :) Hope you had a good time!
Sounds painful! And potentially messy! And, yep, free food, parental clothes-shopping, always good... :-)
