guys please don't start smoking just cause u think it'll make u skinny. it won't and it will also ruin ur life in other ways:

1) stupid expensive in most countries. look forward to being broke

2) maybe you're not worried abt cancer and heart disease right now because you're young. but cigarettes WILL have an impact on your lungs and your athletic abilities. look forward to being out of breath constantly

3) smokers smell bad. i'm sorry it's just true. u stink, ur clothes stink, ur breath stinks

4) UR TEETH will look super gross. yellowed, stained. trust me it will really affect ur self confidence. i would know :)))

5) once you start it's REALLY hard to quit. i know you don't believe me but nicotine addiction is no joke. you very quickly get to a point where you can't function without it

i know a lot of people who are disordered crave control over their life. cigarettes will take that control away from you. addiction controls YOU, not the other way around. the same goes for any other drug you think is gonna help ur weight loss (except caffeine i guess and even that's iffy)

Have you ever smoked an unfiltered cigarette? It's nothing but getting little bits of tobacco on your tongue and lips. My grandparents and great uncle smoked Camels and Lucky Strikes which were also unfiltered. If you think smoking is gross - it is! - imagine how much more gross smoking an unfiltered cigarette is.
