I love the concept that Donald and Gladstone are both fully aware that any romantic interaction between them is ultimately doomed, but it's fun in the moment and that's all that really matters.

How do you think things end between them? Loudly or quietly?

I would say the closest thing I imagine is it feeling like drowning on Gladstone's part, one where he's violently thrashing to hold on for dear life. Especially if it feels like Donald has gotten together with someone very permanent.

But I can never see it truly ever ending at least on Gladstone's side. He will always make sure that he's that constant annoyance in Donald's life. Honestly, I could even see that Donald has no idea with what truly is going on between them so did it even ever start on his side? As long as both are alive, Gladstone will make sure that he's always around.
