Meet Vespasian, my D&D character, who is a swashbuckler Rogue. He has a long, rich backstory and now a visual form. The backstory always helps me out when making the details. He was a fighter that lost his primary sword hand, and then years later, he is trying to make a fresh start at being a man of action,  but this time with his left hand and a lighter weight sword, with his hook hand as an off hand weapon. 

He is a @donnkinney Nails, wearing a Spade wig. Everything else is created by me. He is also pictured with a modified Vince, wearing a Steve wig, who is ANOTHER one of my D&D characters, and also a Rogue, though a less flashy one, that I made a few years ago. Sneaky Rogues in the house!

Since I never got to post photos of this in good light I decided to take some while waiting for the first doll a-kon social to start. Knit with 0000US needless and knit picks shadow lace yarn.

Photoshoot today for my 3 Romans, based on The Eagle of the Ninth. These are Marcus wearing Roman Legion attire, Esca wearing lower class/working class attire and Cottia, wearing very typical Roman woman clothing, including the wool stola. Her outfit could be a bit shorter, but I liked it long. 

I thought about doing word bubbles, but when I looked at the photos, I thought they told a story well enough on their own. :) All clothing and painting by me, and the sculpting of the wonderfully charming dolls is done by the marvelous @donnkinney.

This was a project that was going on a year overdue, so I am happy to have finished them all up!

Seeking spooky Steve

My new puppy got ahold of my open mouth Burton Steve, by Donn Kinney and chewed his ear off before I could get it. I don’t want to hear about how I can embrace this dog mod, given the theme of the plate. I just wtb a new one. It was a limited plate for the first few months of patreon. If you have one you are willing to sell, lemme know! I keep a meticulous Steve collection and it was a favorite!

Nails might have claimed this SD sweater I knit. He looks good in pink. Also I really get way too much of a kick that he fits a lot of female sold clothing and shoes.

OH the flopped over Mohawk was made with sugru so I can actually change it out with his regular one(which is why I didn’t glue those together)
