holy shit one ok rock concert finally happened. i finally had a concert.
i believe in magic now. omg. *cries*
i cant scream anymore i cant even squeak while crying because i have no voice
the day started with an advance bday celebration for @white-plum, and because @jeanizaheichou couldn't make it, @nikitahawkeye took the extra ticket. then we went to MOA with a two hr taxi ride. mr. anon taxi driver was a v. interesting individual as the conversations flitted between phil presidential election ( hwag iboto si duterte ) to martial law, to his former job as a gay bar owner.
yes it's a v. interesting day.
then we met with @donomoe ( dont judge me if real lyf coworkers know my tumblr ) and also seen with other coworkers and classmates AND PLS WE ARE ALL UNITED UNDER THE SAME fandom right NOW STOP
im so happy the OOR got the crowd they deserve : an AMAZING CROWD that sang and knew AND SCREAMING SINGING THEIR LYRICS. they probably didn't know how many ppl actually know and collect their albums here ( i ride the trains all the time and i always see ppl watching their mv PLS ), or how passionate and dedicated PH fans of OOR. ( v. few japanese acts go here. so pls dont be surprised )
THEY WERE SO MOVED ( this is proven as AMUSE ASIA SAID WE ARE THEIR LOUDEST AND MOST EXCITED CROWD AND AN INSTAGRAM POST SHOWS SHOWS HOW OVERWHELMED TAKA IS ) that their performance was SO ON POINT.
AND PLEASE this is probably their best acoustic performance of Wherever You Are. i'm not kidding that was some steam-rolling singing after all the screamo and banging Taka did. ( fuck im crying ) and not only they performed songs from the xxxv album, they ALSO SANG THEIR OLD SONGS like 完全感覚Dreamer ( their last song and the point where i lost myself and broke down screeching ) AND deeper deeper AND CLOCK STRIKES DO YOU KNOW HOW I SCREAMED AND JUMPED AND HEADBANGED PLS ( @donomoe pls dont tell in the office im a trash pls ilu )
