•Very sad, very free verse• I'd forgotten the feeling of loneliness. The empty insides and the hollow sounds of my creaky body dragging itself out of bed. How hard it is to fill myself up with joy when I only have two hands to cover all the cracks. The ease of which it takes to lie in bed All day long. I've lost track of hours, most of the time I forget the day. I'm living pay check to pay check, But instead of money, they're social outings. An event, dinner, breakfast, the bar. They run through my system far too quickly. My artwork feels forced and fake Much like my smile and my face. There are not enough seconds ticking by to deal with these feelings slowly pumping through my veins replacing my life blood with sadness, emptiness, loneliness. By the time I arrive home, my counterfeit smile dripping from my cheeks I am absolutely exhausted and drained from normal actives I've always pushed through.
