midnight wonderings

I wonder if you know? Do you know? Do I know? Perceptions change daily depending on your mood, how your day went, your interactions, your present state of mind has a lot to answer for when talking about your perceptions. Why is it, that when you have that thing you aren't as interested in it anymore? But yet, any slight hint that it's slipping through your fingers you realise you need to hold on tighter. But is it already too late? Does anyone care apart from you. Perceptions. They can change your mind in an instant. And just because something looked like it was something else one day doesn't mean it's not what you original thought it was.
