If you check out the got7 twitter you’ll see they posted about how Youngjae will not be performing for a little bit because of health reasons. Fans are sending love and support

Okay, thank you.  That post was made after this whole thing started though.  Not that the two aren’t connected, but literally no one was mentioning it on twitter.  It’s the only reasonable explanation I’ve gotten though, so thank you.

However, obviously the issue wasn’t that people were showing Youngjae their love and support, it’s that the fandom was thrown into a frenzy due to a rumor about a member’s health or stability.  There was literally no explanation or follow-up.  Just vague hashtag posts about how they love Youngjae, and are always here for him.  Then hundreds of replies to those posts asking what’s wrong, which go completely unanswered. 

I’m just tired of it.  I’m tired of, again, people jumping on a hashtag to “show their support” when they really don’t know what the reason is.  I was ready to shout from the rooftops last night about how I love and support Youngjae, but I didn’t want to add to the fire if there really wasn’t a reason to.  Rumors get started so easily in this fandom, and they might be innocent enough, but they spread panic, and worry, and I’m tired of it.
