Skaven Doomwheel. The base is greatly inspired by pinkwetviscera (whose version I posted somewhere in August I think?). A lot of cool stories came out of this model (both about model painting and weird IRL stuff), if anyone's interested in hearing them, ask away and I'll post them.

Doom! Doom! Doom I say! Skaven Doomwheel assembled by my son 10 years ago and then painted by me this week. I really wish he hadn't completely assembled it before he handed it off to me as getting to all those interior bits was quite complicated. I'm really thankful for how speedpaints and contrast paints flow so well that I'm able to throw pigment at those interior and mostly unreachable spaces.

Also he had misplaced the engineer rat that's supposed to be on that back platform but fortunately there was a spare big brain rat in his bits box. Big finish month continues. 🙂

3d printed Skaven doomwheel! I already have an official one, but I'm collecting as many different proxies as I can in order to be able to have all of my doomwheels look slightly different.
