Saturday special - Eversbusch Doppel-Wachholder from Germany. This double-juniper spirit is traditional German schnaps. This is quite strong, 46%. Nose: Mild juniper. Palate: Crispy and fresh juniper taste. Taste is strong but still very tasty and gives you notes of forest. Eversbusch schnaps is nice end for good dinner, enjoy it icecold.
