Atrian Character Information
Daji: Daji are cat like creatures. These predators live in packs, similar to the aterian wolf. The Daji are said to be hybrid between a Lynx and a Fox. The head is shaped, similar to that of a cat, with sharp eyesight and Kanines built to rip into flesh and bone. The feature that stands out of the Daji are two short, but sharp horns that protrude it’s skull. The horns stand right next to the ears. Daji’s hearing is extremely sharp. With this hearing they can detect prey from miles away. The Narrow Golden colored eyes act like night vision goggles and illuminate the Daji’s sight during the night. This creature is not Nocturnal, it will hunt in during Dawn until Twilight. These predators are extremely territorial and will lash out. The big paws their body has allows for a bigger area it can swipe. Their paws include retractable claws. The Daji, range from colors of spotted to pure white. Depending on their habitats the Daji learns how to adapt toward the surroundings. Their Bushy tail allows them to keep a greater balance when stalking and climbing the Selerian Trees. The Daji are considered Omnivores. The diet they eat range from the Yellerium Fruit the Selerian Trees produce to Hunting down larger predators like the Aterian Wolf. These Creatures though extremely hostile, act more like house cats to those who succeed in raising them. The Daji is a extremely rare species, many hunted down for their Fluffy Tufts of fur around their neck. Hunters sell the Daji Kits in the black market towards restaurants who sell their meat as a delicacy. These creatures mate for eternity. Once they choose one another, the daji and their mate leave the pack to form a new one and raise their kits. The females are relatively smaller than the males, and usually have shorter horns along with softer fur. Most females consist of a pattern of a snow leopard. Meanwhile the Males are the triple of size of the females, their horns are extremely sharp, which helps in defending their mates and territories. Along with a more sandy colored pelt which is rough. The Kits of the DeJi, range from 3 to 7 in each litter. At first glance one would mistake them with fox kits. These kits imprint on the first thing they see once opening their eyes. The imprinting serves to show who the kits believe are their mother. Most Cherubim locate kits who haven’t opened their eyes to keep. DeJi will never attach a Cherubim, due to the Cherubim being known as the very being of chaos. Deji can live up to 100 Years
