BNHA Pro-Hero Idea

You know how in the series they confirmed that animals can acquire quirks in rare conditions? Would it be possible for a pro hero agency to be just one human hero and a few dozen animals with quirks? Imagine a dalmatian with a water quirk being brought in with his trainer to help out with fire fighting. That’d probably be a really popular agency with children and animal lovers.
