I know it's from nearly a year ago but Dorrin trying to craft the perfect vessel for me is more endearing than my heart can take, him damn it.
I may not care about imperfection (unless it's my own) but his dedication makes me wanna melt.
THATS THE THING THO!!!
Something so inhuman it drives others mad, the sight and sound of it something that you're seeing but you can't comprehend but seeing it means your brain is SEEING something it was never supposed to do it goes fuzzy then aches then and then and then
And Dorrin KNOWS that!!!
But it never stopped him from spying this lovely little human he fell for so wholly
And Dorrin is a creature who saw the stars form and will exist when they go out. So while his favorite human exist he intends on ensuring your life is as good as can be.
You can't see him though... So he has to make do, forming a puppet of flesh. He's seen those you eye just a little longer and tried to make the most convincing recreation with a mix of all those traits you seem attracted to.
And he observe through the puppets eyes, moving it as if a doll that he's able to move his influence through to hold you close and care and love in a way humans can comprehend.
He'll do all of that and more until the day that he no longer can reach you.
Don't let him get too attached though... He might end up taking you from death once that claim is attempted.
