Now that you have met all the families, the drama, excitement, arguments, passion and FUN begins. The first installment will begin with the Gallagher Family, Monday April 18th. There will have at least one post per week.

Ahhh, Brindleton Bay. A beautiful east coast town. It sits on the bay on what was once a major shipping town. Today there are still a few remnants of that, but mostly it now houses the middle to upper income bracket of families seeking the tranquility of the beautiful surroundings and the breeze from the bay.

Most residents refer to it as Brindleton now, and being a smaller community, everyone knows everyone else. Who is married to who, and who is dating who, as well as who may be cheating, and who are not as financially set as they seem to be.

In the upper Northwest corner of Brindleton is Sable Square. Made up of five beautiful picturesque lots, this neighborhood houses four of the most well known and influential families of Brindleton. The Dorval’s; Pratt’s; Gallagher’s and the Stanfield’s. One other family, Hilliard is the name, that just moved there, no one really knows too much about, but in time, I will find out, trust me.

This is just my little look into the lives of these families. Their inter-workings and their not-so-working adventures as well. It is true when they say, things are not always as they seem. Do join me, won’t you?

While Lucian is out and about, his parents, are back home doing what they do best. His father Redick is working on his latest best seller, a story set in the old world involving fairies and werewolves. He does not even realize his beautiful and supportive wife, Rosalie popped in while he was in deep concentration.

As he finished his current thought he saw her leaving the room and followed her out to the hallway to let her know he wasn’t purposely ignoring her. It’s so good to see a marriage such as theirs...

However looks can be deceiving, but who really knows?

THE DORVAL FAMILY

“Every morning, Lucien Dorval would wander down to the docks to his favorite coffee shop, have a cup (or two) of macchiato to start his day. However, today he was meeting someone he met through his website, “Macabe Movies & Stories”. It was hard for Lucien to make friends not just because of his strange family, but his obsession with horror, blood and gore. At twenty he hadn’t even had his first real date!”

The young man he was meeting said he was new here in Brindelton, so hopefully he didn’t have apprehensions about Lucien’s favorite topic of conversation. It soon became apparent to Lucien that this Shay Hilliard and he had some mutual interests. Maybe this would lead to real friendship, and who knows maybe something more, as he was quite attractive.

LUCIEN- “So Shay you go to Britechester?”

SHAY- “Oh, no, I am looking to go to Foxbury, actually. I graduate this year, so next fall I hope to live on Campus.”

LUCIEN- “Oh...”

There was certainly disappointment in Lucien’s voice.

THE DORVAL FAMILY

Quite the kooky family, the Dorvals are famous even outside their small town. Redick is a master fantasy writer, able to bring to life his readers wildest dreams with unmatched skill. Maisie admires her fathers’ talent and hopes to become just as skilled in her own right in the world of theatre. Eager for adventure and heroics, Jill joined the military. Humble Rosalie shares her husband’s love of the otherworldly and works as a medium while spoiling her eldest son Lucien, a culinary arts student.
