Last week, the girl who lives across the hall from me was letting off some steam when she told me how she and her family were going through a rough time financially and emotionally. After hearing what she was going through, I thought the least I could do was get her a pizza because we're both college students, and I know it must be hella stressful going through this now. She thought I was kidding about the pizza, and when I gave it to her today, she gave me the biggest hug. Now, I didn't post this to brag or say how good of a person I am. I posted this to say, if you know anyone who is going through a hard time, do something nice for them became the smallest gesture could make their day so much better. The note says, "Sorry you have to deal with so much bullshit. Maybe this can make up for some of it. -Jessica"
