My top 4 Relax time activities
I’m fresh out of the bath and the warm afterglow of soaking underwater has me hypnotized. So while I have this luscious baby free moment, I figured why not share my mini list of maximum quality ME time musts. 1. A walk. I turn my foot steps into fresh breath steps! I have literally done this and melted away thee worst days imaginable. Steve Jobs was a big take a walk guy and I'm a big Steve Jobs fan. Start with this: 20 minutes, go outside and get lost in your world.
2. Get naked. Yes, take it all off, stretch, take a shower, cook dinner or do nothing at all. Sleep in the buff or just write a post nude like I am now 🌷 Being clothing free lets your skin breath and makes ya stand up straighter which is all good for your health.
4. At the end of the day, I like to mentally replay the whole day and bless every little occurrence with an attitude of gratitude. This can sometimes take 5 minutes, but I swear it makes me sleep better and for me, better sleep = happier me!
4. A warm soak in the tub. Take any amount of time you have, add hot water and a fat helping of Epson salts or whatever floats your bath time boat. Now SOAK. Epson salts detoxify muscles, stiff joints and leaves your skin soft.
