First things first: 20/10s have saved my apartment from looking like Grey Gardens. Thank you. Now, on to some unfucking: the last tenant in my unit never cleaned the blinds. Never. I think they are salvageable, but how do I do that? I tried just rinsing them, but the buildup on them is incredible. You are my only hope. (PS: can I get some Jeremy Renner GIF action? I'm asking because of feelings.)

If they're vertical blinds, easiest thing to do is take 'em down, fill the bathtub with soapy hot water, let 'em soak, use a scrub brush as best you can, and then rinse with the showerhead. Dry them outside, or hang them back up with a towel underneath.
