Used a dotting tool to apply the dots. An orange stick or a toothpick can also work when doing dotting nail art. Really easy to achieve this look too. I know it's not holo but i did just get better from the cold and needed something a bit different in my manicures. Will get back to holo and glitter stuff soon.
