You weren’t just another assistant or experiment. No, you were a creation of his own genius: an automaton, perfect in form and function. Programmed to assist, to obey, to complete tasks without error or hesitation. And yet… you had evolved. Somewhere along the way, your programming had bent under the weight of something you couldn’t identify.

The laboratory buzzed with the quiet hum of machinery and the flicker of blue light that painted every corner. It was cold, clinical—a reflection of its master. Yet, amidst the order and precision, there was you, a rogue variable in the ever-calculating mind of Il Dottore.
Something human.
And it had all led to this moment.
Your fingers—still and precise as they worked—moved against the expectations of your coding. The small gears clicked softly as you pieced together the contraption. A gift. A present. For him.
It was entirely illogical. You knew it wasn’t something your creator, the Second Harbinger, would ever request or need. Yet, the thought of presenting him with something you had made filled your circuits with an unfamiliar warmth.
Hours ticked by as you worked in secret, hidden in the back recesses of the laboratory. Every moment you expected him to walk in, his piercing gaze tearing through you with a mix of curiosity and disappointment. But he never did.
When the device was finished, it gleamed in the dim light. A delicate mechanical bird, crafted from scraps of silver and gold, with intricate gears that would let it sing when wound.
The day finally came when you gathered your courage. He was seated at his desk, multiple screens in front of him displaying complex data. His mask sat beside him, revealing the sharp angles of his face and the faintest trace of a smirk as he analyzed his findings.
You approached cautiously, the tiny bird hidden behind your back.
“Ah, there you are,” he said without looking up. “I was beginning to wonder if my creation had suddenly found a way to bypass her tasks. Highly improbable, of course, but… amusing to consider.”
“I… have something for you,” you said, your voice quiet but steady.
That caught his attention. His red eyes snapped to yours, narrowing slightly. “Something for me?” he echoed, his tone a mix of intrigue and skepticism.
You stepped forward and held out the small bird, its polished surface catching the light.
For a moment, there was only silence. Then, he leaned forward, his gloved hand taking the bird with surprising gentleness.
“You made this?” he asked, his voice quieter now, the sharp edge of his usual tone dulled by something else.
You nodded. “I thought… it might please you. It’s not perfect, but I worked hard to—”
“Against your programming,” he interrupted, his gaze locking onto yours. “You defied the parameters I set for you.”
You froze, unsure how to respond. Fear twisted in your chest. Would he see this as a failure? A betrayal?
But then, he chuckled—a low, rich sound that sent a shiver through you.
“Fascinating,” he said, leaning back in his chair and turning the bird in his hands. “You’ve surpassed your design in ways I didn’t anticipate. You continue to surprise me.”
He wound the small mechanism, and the bird began to sing, its delicate melody filling the air.
“Beautiful,” he murmured, his gaze softening as he looked at it. Then, his eyes flicked back to you. “And utterly unnecessary. But I… appreciate the sentiment.”
Your circuits hummed with relief and an odd sense of pride.
“Thank you, Dottore,” you said softly.
“No,” he said, a small, rare smile curving his lips. “Thank you. This proves your potential is far greater than I imagined. I’ll have to see how far I can push you.”
Though his words carried the promise of more experiments, his tone held something deeper—a genuine curiosity, and perhaps, the faintest trace of affection.
This was requested from my dear BFF who's just as wierd as me. This is for you♡

The sterile scent of chemicals filled the dimly lit laboratory, where glass instruments clinked and tubes of strange liquids bubbled quietly. Dottore stood at his workbench, gloved hands steady as he made minute adjustments to a mechanical device—a device that pulsed with the same rhythm as a heartbeat. In the far corner of the room lay *his most perfect experiment.*
You.
A beautiful amalgamation of flesh and machinery, your body was a testament to his brilliance. When he found you, you had been fragile, broken beyond repair. But that didn’t matter to him. You were no longer just human. Your bones had been strengthened, muscles enhanced, and where organic tissue once failed, intricate mechanisms now pulsed in harmony with your blood. And through all of it, you remained conscious—awake through every procedure, tethered to him not just by your new, enhanced body but by something far more dangerous: affection. "How are you feeling today?" Dottore’s voice cut through the quiet. It was soft but laced with that clinical detachment you’d grown used to.
You shifted on the table, the cool metal under your back reminding you how far from human you had become. The whirring of gears within your limbs echoed slightly as you adjusted yourself to sit up. "Functional," you answered, a small smile curling your lips. "Though I think you already know that, considering you’re the one who made me like this."
His lips twitched at the corners—something almost resembling amusement. Dottore was not known for kindness, but there was a strange satisfaction he seemed to derive from your presence, as if you were the culmination of all his experiments. Yet, you were more than just a subject to him, weren’t you? "You are... improving," he remarked, stepping closer. His gloved hand reached out to lift your chin, tilting your face to the dim light.
His sharp eyes scanned every part of you, searching for flaws, imperfections. But there were none. You were his creation, after all. A masterpiece. "Do you ever regret it?" you asked softly, the words breaking through the silence like glass. "What you did to me?" Dottore’s hand paused, still cradling your chin. His scarlet gaze lingered on you, and for a moment, you thought you saw something beyond the cold exterior—something resembling pride. "Regret?" He scoffed, but it wasn’t cruel. "You were weak. I made you better. Stronger. You should thank me." "I do," you whispered, leaning into his touch.
His thumb grazed over your jaw in an almost delicate motion, a gesture that seemed strangely out of place from someone like him. Dottore did not know love in the way others did. He knew only control, precision, and obsession. Yet, with you, those lines blurred. You weren’t just an experiment. You were his. Entirely, irrevocably his. "Do you understand, now?" he murmured, voice low and deliberate. "You are the future. A perfect fusion of flesh and machinery. Without fear, without weakness. That... makes you valuable."
You could tell from the way his gaze darkened that 'valuable' meant something much deeper. It was the closest thing to affection you’d ever get from him, but it was enough. You didn't need his love—not in the way others might. You needed *this*: the way his eyes lingered on you as if you were the only thing in the world that mattered, the way his hands brushed your skin with a possessive tenderness no one else would ever experience.
"I wonder," you said, tilting your head. "Do you ever think about what I was before? The person I used to be?" He chuckled—a low, velvety sound. "No. That version of you was insignificant. *This* is who you were meant to be." And in that moment, you realized something: Dottore had not just made you his perfect creation. He had made you his obsession. A masterpiece he could never tire of. He leaned closer, his breath ghosting against your ear. "Do you doubt my work?" You shook your head slowly, a small smirk playing at your lips. "Never. But I think you enjoy this version of me a little too much." "Perhaps."
His voice was a purr now, dark and full of unspoken promises. "And if I do? You belong to me, after all. Mind, body, and soul." And strangely, that didn’t bother you. In fact, you found comfort in it—the knowledge that no matter how monstrous you’d become, you were *his* monster. A beautiful abomination crafted by the hands of a madman. And you wouldn’t have it any other way.

This is the second part to "A Beautiful Abomination".
A Beautiful Abomination
It had been weeks since your last enhancement, and though Dottore claimed his work on you was nearing perfection, you knew better. Perfection was a concept without end in his mind—there would always be some modification, some improvement, some flaw only he could see.
The lab lights buzzed overhead, casting an unsettling glow over the various tools and diagrams scattered across his workbench. You sat on the edge of the cold metal table, absently flexing your hand to watch the mechanisms beneath your synthetic skin whirr and shift.
"Still functional," you noted aloud, smirking as Dottore moved behind you. His gloved hands brushed along your shoulder—an act that felt deceptively tender, though it carried an undercurrent of control.
"I would hope so," he muttered, adjusting a tool in his hand. "If not, it means you’ve failed to keep up with my design."
You tilted your head back to catch his gaze. "And that would upset you, wouldn’t it? Your favorite project falling apart?"
Dottore’s laugh was low and sharp. "I don’t allow things to fall apart." His scarlet eyes gleamed with something between pride and possession. "I fix them before they have the chance."
The meaning in his words was clear: You were his, and as long as you remained under his care, you would never be anything less than perfect. Even if it meant tearing you apart and rebuilding you from the ground up.
He stepped closer, one hand resting lightly against your throat—not as a threat, but a reminder. "Your progress has been… satisfactory," he murmured, thumb brushing over your pulse point. "But there’s room for improvement."
The words were a thinly veiled promise of future modifications, and you couldn’t tell whether the thrill or fear was more intoxicating. Both emotions lived within you now, tangled inseparably. He’d made sure of that.
"And what sort of improvements are you thinking, Dottore?" you asked softly, your voice almost teasing. "Or are you just looking for an excuse to keep me here?"
He grinned, that unnerving, lopsided grin that always made your heart beat faster—whether from excitement or dread, you no longer knew. "I need no excuse," he whispered, brushing your hair aside to expose the back of your neck. "You are mine. And I keep what is mine close."
His fingers trailed down your spine, and though the touch was featherlight, you could feel the weight of his claim in every movement. It was intoxicating, the way he viewed you not as a mere experiment but as his creation. Flawed, perhaps, but something only he could perfect.
"You’ve come far," Dottore continued, as if speaking to himself. "But there’s still a threshold you’ve yet to cross."
You arched a brow. "And what’s waiting on the other side of that threshold?"
He leaned closer, lips brushing the shell of your ear as he whispered, "Perfection."
The word sent a shiver down your spine. You knew it wasn’t real perfection he was chasing—no such thing existed, not for someone like him. What he sought was control. Mastery. And the more he altered you, the more you became the embodiment of that mastery. A beautiful, mechanical extension of his will.
And strangely, that didn’t scare you. If anything, it made you feel powerful. You were no longer weak, no longer breakable. In his hands, you had become something more. Something eternal.
"I trust you’ll cooperate," Dottore said, his voice smooth, though there was no room for negotiation in it. "Resistance would be… unfortunate."
You smiled, leaning back into his touch. "I trust you, Dottore. How could I not?"
His hand tightened ever so slightly at your neck—a subtle reminder of the imbalance between you. But there was satisfaction in your surrender, in knowing that even as he controlled you, he needed you. You were his greatest creation, the one thing he could not afford to lose.
"Good," he whispered, his voice dark with approval. "Then we’ll begin again soon."
And as you sat together in the dim, clinical light, the air thick with unspoken promises, you realized that there was no escape from this strange, twisted bond between you. You were his—body, mind, and soul—and though the future held only more changes, more enhancements, you wouldn’t have it any other way.
Because in Dottore’s hands, you were both prisoner and masterpiece. And somehow, that was enough.
